REVIEW: The Plant Base Clean Beauty Special Set
Before using The Plant Base products, My skin looks dehydrated, my pores looked more visible than ever, my face looked inflamed and I had acne. Overall, My skin was sort of breaking out due to lack of sleep and stress that was caused by our thesis study.

The Plant Base AC Clear Magic Foam A1+ is specially formulated to gently cleanse sensitive, troubled skin type and it is ideal for skin that has acne. It has a smooth and rich lather that effectively takes care of skin trouble and cleanses up your skin fresh. It claims that it is 17 Harmful Ingredients Free.

My Experience
I use this product twice a day (every morning and night time) and here are the things that I noticed about it:
During washing my face:
- The scent is natural and organic which proves that it is a clean beauty product.
- A little squeeze of the product could already go a long way because it foams up easily.
- The foam is so thick and rich that's why it's not harsh to glide on the skin.
- It can be easily rinsed off with water.
After rinsing my face:
- My skin feels hydrated, fresh and clean.
- It had a little tightening effect on my skin.
- My face is a bit dry.
The Verdict
In my opinion, this product is a good cleanser as long as you use it with a moisturizer. I love that a little can already go a long way because it would take a long time for me to fully consume the product. While I was testing this product I noticed that it helped me with my skin concern which is the inflammation of my pores and face. It reduced the redness of my skin and made my pores look less visible.

My Experience
I use this product twice a day (every morning and night time) after cleansing. Here are the things that I noticed about it:
During spraying it on my face:
- I spray this product at least an elbow away from my face.
- The scent of this product smells like rose petals drenched in water.
- The petals do not get in the way of spraying.
- It takes at least 5-6 spritz to cover the entire face and neck.
The Verdict
I love that this product embodies clean beauty because of its contents. It gives my skin extra moisture and glow. It also has that luxurious feel to it which will be a plus for other people but I think this is will have a better feeling to it if it's cold when you use it.

My Experience
I use this product twice a day (every morning and night time) 10 minutes after spraying essence. Here are the things that I noticed about it:
During applying it on my face:
- This product can be mixed with other skincare products but it can be also used alone.
- The scent of this ampoule is a bit strong but it's not that bothersome when applying it.
- The dropper is very helpful in dispensing the right amount of product because of its precision in control.
- The ampoule is lightweight on the skin.
- The ampoule is not sticky.
- My skin easily absorbed the ampoule.
After applying it on my face:
- My skin feels more moisturized.
- It gives me a subtle glow.
- My skin is softer than before.
The Verdict
I love that this product has a luxurious feel to it with its rose gold cap and glass packaging. I also love the control of the dropper of this ampoule because it dispenses the right amount of product. The scent bothered me at first when I smelled it but when I applied it on my skin, the ampoule is not as acidic as its smells. It is rather lightweight, easily distributed, and easily absorbed by the skin. Overall, I enjoyed using this among everything that is included in the set.

AC Clear Moisture Pure N Cream is a moisturizing cream for acne and complex skin that soothes and eases skin irritation and supply moisture deep inside your skin. This product is for the ones who need an oil-free moisturizing cream and for the ones who have an oily face but still feels dry on the inside. This product is also 17 harmful ingredients free.

- It has a cooling effect on the skin.
- It was very smooth and easy to apply.
- It was easily absorbed.
After applying it on my face:
- My skin feels more moisturized.
- My skin feels relieved due to the cooling effect,
- My face is more hydrated
- It made my skin glow.
- My skin is softer and bouncier than before.
The Verdict
The packaging is very neat and clean. I love the scent because it smells cool but at the same time it doesn't smell like artificial fragrance. Among everything included in the Clean Beauty Special Set, this is the product that worked for me the most. It aided my skin as soon as I applied it. Plus, the results are very evident after the application.

My Overall Experience
Before using the products, My skin looked dehydrated and rough, my pores looked more visible than ever, and my face looked inflamed (My cheeks look reddish even though I'm not wearing any makeup). Overall, My skin was sort of breaking out due to lack of sleep and stress that was caused by our thesis study.
But after the use of The Plant Base Clean Beauty Special Set for the whole week, my skin looked more fresh because the inflammation and visibility of my pores were reduced!
It also gave me a good base before putting my makeup on because it made my face smoother and more moisturized. Plus, the acne care proved itself when I had one but after the continuous use of the set, my acne dried out and disappeared quickly.
